FOR THE WELLBEING OF CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Mindfulness for children is a powerful and heartful way to cultivate presence of mind and body at home and at school.
WORKSHOP
This interactive Mindfulness workshop for the wellbeing of children and families could help parents, teachers, psychologists and social workers to support themselves and the children they love and work with, to calm down, be more aware, patient and more focused. Children learn to find the “pause button”, alleviate worries, manage anger attacks and in general to regulate emotion. They develop self-compassion and compassion for others.
Through short meditations, group discussions, sharing experiences about stressful situations at home and at school you will get tools to cultivate your natural gift of being aware and learn how to respond more skilfully to those challenging and stressful moments.
