Free Flu Vaccine

SHSS vaccination date and time ; Monday 14th October, 12:30pm-3:30pm 

To avail of the free vaccine parents/guardians must register online

In order to make this process as easy and efficient as possible, the company have setup an online consent form for parents/guardians : https://edupharma.ie/consent/ 

A few parents in a couple schools have had issues accessing the links so to combat this here is a link directly to a typeform, same form but just not on our website. This should work okay for parents;

Another fix would be to manually search edupharma.ie and select "I am a parent" this will bring them to the form.
